Trade Access
This platform is exclusively for approved NIA Luxe Empire trade partners. Access is restricted to authorised users of each approved account. Catalogue images, product information, availability and commercial details are confidential and intended only for legitimate trade use.
Orders & Confirmation
Adding a design to the cart or submitting an order request does not by itself constitute final acceptance. Every order remains subject to confirmation of design, quantity, purity, colour, availability, metal requirement, commercial terms and production schedule by NIA Luxe Empire.
Metal & Charges
Metal will be requested at the casting stage and not beforehand. Only bank metal will be accepted; other metal will not be entertained. Metal received as 999 purity will be accounted for as 999 and not as 100. Stone charges and other monetary charges will not be converted into metal.
Customisation & Production
Customised designs and changes are produced according to the specifications approved by the trade partner. Images and displayed weights are indicative; final weight, dimensions, stone usage and finish may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Production begins only after the requirement is confirmed by NIA Luxe Empire.
Delivery & Claims
Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with design complexity, metal availability, order volume and logistics. Any manufacturing concern must be reported promptly with the product code, invoice details, photographs and packaging. Resolution will be subject to inspection and written approval by NIA Luxe Empire.
